i don't know if i have mentioned this on this blog, but i have commented around the blogosphere about my interest in watching the happenings of the worldwide anglican communion and the episcopal church. why? call me silly, but i really feel that it is important to observe and learn from what is happening to the episcopal church as they are dealing with "practicing" homosexuality in the bishops throne. we as methodist will one day have to address this as well, we successfully tabled the discussion for another 4 years at this past general conference. anyhow, poor bishop robinson is back in the news being accused of saying that Jesus is gay.
i am going to side with the angry people on this one and on the side of bishop robinson, some call this riding the fence. anyhow, he (the bishop) made some factual statements that are loose in thought & general as i see them, but the angry folks (also a general statement) took them as his insinuation of Jesus being gay.

so, i don't care to argue whether Jesus was gay or not, but rather, are people jumping on robinson because he is gay and saying this? shoot, i would say things like he did in sunday school almost every third week. no ones harping on me.. or are they??
