a glimpse at the abyss of books i've started & stopped or plan to start. not pictured is "theology for the community of God" by stan grenz. i started that one and i think i subconsciously lost it cause it's such a huge read. anyhow, i am establishing the book abyss as a new word.
book abyss - (noun, origins: the blogosphere) the pile of books that are intended to be read by a; book pack-rat, those who critic books, and people aflicted with multiple book disorder (see multiple book disorder).
multiple book disorder - (noun, origins: gavins pyschology department) is a condition where an afflicted person tries to read more than one book, generally three to four, at the same time and then confuses themselves on which one to read. the end result is that nothing gets read.
