after a break up boys generally find what is coined the "rebound chick." in dealing with our recent breakup, erin & i mentioned that maybe we could romance this other home we checked out. it had some people courting it, but apparently (after we had our realtor go fishing for information) the house wasn't very interested in those people. so we've jumped into another house relationship, which i've coined as "the rebound chick."
this house is in much better shape, a little bit bigger, less of a yard & it will need a fence. but unlike the other one, we could move in immediately without issue. we'll be excited to see how this relationship pans out.
