sometime yesterday we had a counter offer to our contract offer, of course it was a bit more on the money, but not much and within our 'walk away.' so decided to accept said counter offer. they are happy, we are happy & will be moving into our new home at the end of may.
it's a historic home in old hickory village. not that close to downtown, but it's right in the middle of erin and mine's work. it's a cute neighborhood with many of the houses flipping over and getting younger. so we're excited to be there.
